Warning: Uptick In Vehicle Break Ins

The Middlebury Police Department would like to warn residents of a sudden uptick in thefts in the area over the last several days. To this point, one vehicle has been stolen and numerous others have been gone through and items stolen from inside. At this time, it is unknown whether each of these incidents are connected, although we urge people to lock car doors and remove any valuables.
