Parking Enforcement

A part-time, non-sworn uniformed position, responsible for parking enforcement in the downtown business
district.  This is done during the day and concentrates primarily on time-limit enforcement.  In the Town of Middlebury the time-limit is counted as cumulative time, not time in a particular parking spot.

To request an appeal of a parking violation ticket, you may stop by the Police Department between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday and pick up an appeal form in the lobby, or you may download the form, and mail or drop it off.

Winter Parking Ban is in effect from
November 1st to April 1st.  Parking is
prohibited on town streets and
parking lots from midnight to 6:00 a.m.
