Burn Permits
Burn Permits are available at the Middlebury Police Department from November 1st, through the third Sunday of April between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. A Burn Permit will only be issued on the day of the intended burn.
Monday through Saturday the permit can be requested in person at the Middlebury Police Department, on Sundays the permit must be requested directly from the fire warden, Chief David Shaw at 802-989 3456.
